As division 3 action continues in the Antigua Barbuda Basketball Association continues on, LJ Northside Stingerz recorded their first win of the season defeating One Stone Original, 55-39.

With the match being played at the JSC Sports Complex, Robert Spencer led his team with 15 points, 11 rebounds, 6 assists and 5 steals to pick up the win.

He was assisted by Doyle Carter with 18 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists and Conliffe Clarke with 10 points and 8 rebounds.

Shoy Southwell of One Stone had 21 points while teammate, Jermaine Fredericks grabbed 11 rebounds in a losing effort.

Old Road Daggers edged out All Saints Slammers, 63-60 in the feature match that evening.

Kevin Cornwall was the leading scorer with 21 points with assistance from Stefan Smith with 17 points and 9 steals

Ezekiel Francois also of Daggers grabbed 19 rebounds.

Raheem Stevens of Slammers had a 14 point effort, grabbing 13 rebounds. Al Peters assisted with 16 points and 12 rebounds while Anjis Anthony, John Rolland and Adrian Constant grabbed 13, 12 and 10 rebounds respectively, in a losing effort.

In the other division 3 matchup at the Cage formally Ovals Basketball court, F and G Trading Cuties Ovals Ojays 3 defeated Jr. Pitbulls, 63-55.

Delonte Jules of Ojays led his team to victory with 24 points and 10 rebounds while teammates, Bokeem Murrell and Teyon Lake chipped in with 8 points and 8 rebounds and 6 assists.

In a losing effort, Ahamni Browne had 20 points with Judah Ferris making 14 points and 12 rebounds.

Eric Joseph Jr. Also of Pitbulls had 12 points and grabbed 10 rebounds.

In the lone division 2 matchup, F and G Trading Cuties Ovals Ojays 2 upset Global Haws, 60-53.

Percy Adams was the man on the mission with 20 points, 5 assists and 6 steals for the victors.

He was assisted by Troy Robertson with 10 points and Dion Jules with 12 rebounds.

Hawks’ Mitchell Goodman had 15 points and 6 rebounds in a losing effort.
